Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bulldoge.official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Instructions for returns are included with your order (if they are missing please contact our support email below). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the small size of our team, please allow us a few business days to see your message and respond.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Damages or defects do not include small variations in print quality, resolution of prints, or any loose threading which is common with new apparel. Our mock-up images representing our items on our websites and social media channels are approximations generated for us and our consumers by our suppliers. We cannot guarantee our products will visually or in any other way be fully accurate to our mock-up images. If you believe item(s) in your order greatly deviate from the mock-up generated representations, please contact our support email with your concerns and we will be in touch within a few business days to request further information on the issue so we can make our evaluation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face coverings (gaiters and non-medical face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to take a few minutes to a few days to be processed depending on the time elapsed since the order was first paid, bank processing times, and our conversion services and wallet transactions.

We may deduct the transaction fee from the cryptocurrency refund on the basis the order was returned or exchanged for any reason other than there being damage to the item(s) or other major issues with the order.

For all cryptocurrency transactions, we reserve the right to issue the refund in either fiat payouts or the equivalent value in the coin of our choice to a direct wallet. For fiat currency refunds, we will issue it to you the customer via a secure third-party service of our discretion. If we elect to refund you with a cryptocurrency of our choosing, it will always be in the current market amount that equals the original fiat order amount. This may not necessarily mean the same number of coins are refunded back to the customer due to market fluctuations over time.

If the wrong type of cryptocurrency is sent to our address, (ex. Litecoin sent to our Dogecoin wallet address) we will not receive these funds, ergo the transaction is void until the proper currency is sent to the addresses of our wallets. We cannot access or refund any lost cryptocurrency and therefore are not liable for any funds lost.

It is your responsibility to double-check all addresses and currencies sent from your wallet to ours. It is also required that you send enough crypto funds to cover any transaction fees on your end along with the full original amount of the order.
